EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Mobile Covers India ( www.mobilecovers.co.in) reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where www.mobilecovers.co.in is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or during the misuse of gift coupon. However, Mobile Covers India (www.mobilecovers.co.in) will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated by email or through phone within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
As the products get returned & received by us, we refund your payment with in 7-10 Days.
The different refund modes available are:
1. Back to source – The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the Order. .
2. NEFT transfer – available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible

In case you want to return the product purchased online through mobilecovers.co.in, you can do so, within the time period of 5-7 days from the date of delivery. But, do ensure that the products returned are not rendered unsealed. Below mentioned are conditions that would not be considered valid for the return of the products purchased. As the products get returned & received by us, you can either opt for cash back or a refund voucher.
